This old tradition has been passed down. This morning at the market in front of my grandma’s house, there was a long queue of people buying sliced noodles, which shows Tianjin people’s passion for tradition. Serving noodles as a meal is probably unique in Tianjin. On happy occasions in Tianjin, eat noodles. It is a custom passed down by Tianjin people for hundreds of years. The four dishes of stir-fried dishes are also divided into different grades, but the average dish we have is scrambled eggs, dried shredded pork, cucumber and shrimp, and sweet and sour gluten.
