【Tianjin】Tianjin Weisi Noodles
Overview
Today is the second day of the Lunar New Year in the Year of the Rooster. It’s the first day of the Lunar New Year’s Day and the second day of the Lunar New Year. For the old Tianjin Wei people, it’s the second day of the Lunar New Year. There’s also a full moon birthday, and four plates of noodles are indispensable for weddings and weddings. This old tradition has been passed down. This morning at the market in front of my grandma’s house, there was a long queue of people buying sliced noodles, which shows Tianjin people’s passion for tradition. Serving noodles as a meal is probably unique in Tianjin. On happy occasions in Tianjin, eat noodles. It is a custom passed down by Tianjin people for hundreds of years. The four dishes of stir-fried dishes are also divided into different grades, but the average dish we have is scrambled eggs, dried shredded pork, cucumber and shrimp, and sweet and sour gluten. The noodles include cucumber shreds, bean sprouts, spinach, green beans, soybeans, and red pink skin is a must. I’ve wanted to share this recipe for a long time, but it’s a bit complicated. Today’s Food World’s Hometown Dishes event, I must share Tianjin’s unique four-plate noodles with my friends. The four dishes of lo mein cooked at my parents' house today were made by my parents and I. My mother braised the noodles and stir-fried them while my father washed and chopped the vegetables. My daughter took photos and the whole family supported me in participating in the Food World event.
