  1. Have materials ready.

  2. Add chopped carrots, minced green onions, some five-spice powder, salt and a little starch to the minced meat.

  4. Cut the tofu skin into square slices, add an appropriate amount of minced meat, roll up, fold and wrap.

  5. Tie the wrapped tofu skin with kelp silk.
