Poached Tofu Skin
Overview
Change the method of making tofu skin, add some meat filling and kelp shreds and simmer it together. It is very delicious and can be eaten with rice.

Have materials ready.

Add chopped carrots, minced green onions, some five-spice powder, salt and a little starch to the minced meat.

Mix well.

Cut the tofu skin into square slices, add an appropriate amount of minced meat, roll up, fold and wrap.

Tie the wrapped tofu skin with kelp silk.

Add oil to the pot, add garlic slices, ginger slices and green onion segments and stir-fry until fragrant.

Put the poached tofu skin into the pot, add soy sauce and oyster sauce.

Add half a bowl of water, cover and simmer over low heat for about half an hour.

It tastes better if you leave some juice and don't boil it dry.
