Boneless chicken legs and cut into cubes.

Add 1/2 spoon of salt, pepper powder, corn starch, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, black bean soy sauce, scallions and shredded ginger to the chicken legs.

Grind evenly, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, mix well and marinate for two hours.

Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes, put them in a steamer and steam them for 10 minutes.

Take out the potatoes and crush half of them into small pieces.

Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water, peel and chop, add minced coriander, minced garlic and minced wild wild rice, add 1/2 spoon of salt, sugar, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, hoisin sauce and fish sauce.

Add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil to the pot and heat it, add the chicken and fry for 3 minutes.
