Finely chop green onions.

Put pork filling and chicken filling in the basin.

Add salt, ginger powder, Sichuan pepper powder, sugar, black pepper powder, chicken juice, oyster sauce, soy sauce and vegetable oil.

Add water in batches, stir until smooth and set aside.

Add yeast powder and sugar to the flour, pour in warm water and knead into a dough, cover with plastic wrap and leave to ferment in a warm place.

Add the minced green onions and mix well before making the buns.

Let the dough rise until doubled in size, deflate and knead evenly.

Divide into several small portions and roll into slightly thick dough.

Add meat filling.

Wrap into buns, place in a steamer to rest for 30 minutes, steam over medium-high heat for 15 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
