Spicy Chicken
Overview
I bought 1 pound of dried chili from two vitex branches online and only cooked it once. Today I bought 2 large chicken drumsticks and made spicy chicken! A little spicy and quite appetizing!

Remove the bones from the chicken legs

Cut into small pieces

Add cooking wine, ginger juice, light soy sauce, salt and pepper and marinate for more than half an hour

Coat the marinated chicken legs with starch

Heat the oil in a pan, add the chicken legs coated in starch and fry until golden brown

Remove and drain the oil

In another pan, add ginger and garlic

Add Sichuan peppercorns

Add finely chopped red pepper and stir-fry until fragrant

Add fried diced chicken and stir-fry together

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce

Add sugar and chicken powder and stir well
