Overview

At that time, rickshaw pullers, porters, and poor students loved it very much. Later, there was a couple in Chengdu. One worked and the other sold. They had a tacit understanding and the business was booming. Those naughty students wrote the words "husband and wife's lung slices" and secretly stuck the notes on their backs or on their burdens. One day, a customer appreciated the product and gave it a plaque with the words "couple's lung slices" written on it. From then on, the snack Feipian had its own name, and Couple Feipian became widely spread in Chengdu and became a home-cooked dish among Sichuan people. Due to the progress and development of society, Husband and Wife Fei Pian is not only made from cheap beef lungs. Nowadays, beef heart, beef, beef offal, etc. are added instead of beef lungs. In this way, Husband and Wife Fei Pian became even more popular, and people from all walks of life liked to eat it.

Steps

Rinse the purchased beef and tripe.

Prepare the marinade: star anise, kaempferol, cinnamon, bay leaves, dried chili segments, Sichuan peppercorns, grass fruits, fennel, etc.

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add the washed beef and tripe and blanch the blood.

Put a small amount of oil in the pot, add an appropriate amount of sugar and keep sliding it until it turns red and bubbles. Put appropriate amount of water in the pot and set aside

Pour the blanched beef and tripe, spices into the pressure cooker, pour the fried sugar into the pot, add ginger slices, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and appropriate amounts of sugar

Add an appropriate amount of water to the electric pressure cooker, the amount of water should cover the beef, and adjust to the stew setting for 20 minutes. After the beef is cooked, continue to soak it in the marinade water for a longer time and the flavor will become better. You can eat as much as you want.
